For the past five years we have been providing professional services in the estate agency industry through the Sale, Rental (long and short lease) to clients across the country from various professional groups. We ensure that all our properties listed are personally handed over to us by the property owners with which we have a memoranda of Understanding. This ensures that any agreement we broker with a tenant or buyer is legitimate under our memoranda if understanding between us (Edmark Estate Agency and the Property Owner) thus eliminating the incidences as fraud. When this is done we review the listing and once it meets our criteria and after pay a visit to the site/property, we update our sites with the listing.
