Average price of houses for sale in Volta Region.

This report uses the median asking price of active listings on Ghana Property Centre last month, for each mix of category, property type, bedrooms, region and district. Where it combines several of these, it averages their medians, weighted by how many listings each has. Using medians, not means, keeps a single unusual price from skewing a group's figure. We leave out an area's figure when it's more than 20 times the typical figure for its region (or for the whole country, where the rest of the region has too few listings) for the same kind of property, as these are almost always pricing mistakes.
