THE RESERVATION PROCESS
1. Schedule a one-on-one meeting with a Forest Place team member at your convenience.
2. Complete your reservation form and pay your initial $2,500 deposit.
3. Create a personalized payment plan with the Forest Place team.
4. Sign your home owners contract within 30 days of signing your reservation form.
PAYMENT TERMS
A reservation fee of $2,500 is due on signature of the Reservation Agreement. The balance is payable in a maximum of 5 payments installments to be paid over an 18 month period.
